Jack is a pediatric resident at Boston Children’s Hospital. Hailing from Toronto, Jack completed his undergraduate studies at McGill University. He then spent time at Washington University in St. Louis designing CAR antigen presenting cells before going to medical school at UCLA, where he worked on projects ranging from CAR T cell neurotoxicity to sarcoma antigen discovery. As a post-doctoral fellow in the Majzner lab, Jack is interested in studying CAR T cell and myeloid cell signaling networks to inform the design of safer therapies. Outside of the lab, Jack enjoys skateboarding, snowboarding, NBA basketball, exploring the restaurant scene, and collecting Pokémon cards.
